Sales Agreement and Health Guarantee Contract
The buyer agrees to the following conditions for sale.
The following feline, on this day of _______________________ has been sold to the person or
persons listed below and is free of liens or encumbrances as a result of stud fees, veterinary fees,
etc. The buyer and accepts that this kitten shall have adequate indoor facilities.

Kitten has been purchased as a pet; he/she must be neutered or spayed by 6
months of age. (Copy must be sent to Breeder) Purchaser guarantees that
this cat will not be used for breeding.
The buyer understands that he/she has 72 hours from the date of receipt of purchase of the kitten
to have it checked by their vet to confirm a good bill of health. If the animal is found not to be
healthy, the buyer has the right to return this kitten for a full refund, after the sale of the kitten in
question. A detailed necropsy report from a licensed veterinarian on letterhead stationary as proof
of defect will be provided by the purchaser to the breeder. Under no circumstances is the breeder
responsible for any costs incurred associated with veterinary treatment.
With the exception of item above, the Breeder assumes no responsibility for this kitten after
leaving 38 Park Lane, Essex Fells, New Jersey. The kitten left alert and healthy. This agreement
is made for the mutual benefit to protect the purchaser as well as the seller.
I/we agree not to let our kitten go outside for it's protection against all diseases. Any questions,
please feel free to contact me.
Breeder does not guarantee against treatable nuisances such as fleas, fungus, mites or upper
respiratory infection, which are not life threatening. These are very treatable and so common in the
breed and can be brought on by stress. The breeder feels unable to guarantee against then, but
takes all preventative measures to ensure cats are free from these nuisances and would never
knowingly place a kitten with any of these conditions.
The purchaser promises to a send a picture of the kitten at the age of 1 year old, so the breeder can
add the picture to her album and/or website. Thank you.
Purchaser agrees to accept the above conditions of sale.
